COVID-19 Update:
Due to the Corona virus’ impact on the live events industry, we have taken action to ensure we play our part in dealing with this pandemic. This will include some changes to our normal operations.

We are increasing our maintenance and cleaning standards with higher grade anti-bacterial cleaners. All equipment will be cleaned on return from all hires. We are increasing stock rotation; this means that when equipment comes back from a hire it is cleaned and placed at the back of the shelf, not the front. We will also not be shuffling equipment from one job to the next, it will always go to the back of the shelf and the next unit will be prepped from the shelf.
Our staff are being regularly updated with any additional hygienic tasks suggested by the Australian Government or WHO, and are well supplied with appropriate soaps, wipes, and personal protective equipment.

We have temporarily reduced our trading hours; the new hours are effective from Monday the 23rd of March,
Monday and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Tuesday Thru Thursday 10:00am to 3:00pm
Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
We will always have staff in our office during these times to assist with any inquiries.
We continue to support our staff with working flexible hours and regularly reassure all staff that they are free to take sick leave as required to ensure they are not pressured to come to work if the are not 100% confident in their health.

We would like to thank all our clients and suppliers for their support through these times and rest assured we will be more excited than ever to be on the road doing events when mass gathering restrictions have been lifted. In the meantime, if there is anything we can do for future event planning or live streaming of current events than please get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist
